User Data Deletion

Option 1: Disconnect inside the application

1. Sign in to your newsroom workspace.
2. Open Social Media Accounts.
3. Select Disconnect beside each Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok destination.

Option 2: Remove access through Facebook

1. Open Facebook Settings & privacy.
2. Open Apps and Websites.
3. Select AviEcho Studio and choose Remove.

Facebook will notify our deletion callback when supported.

Option 3: Contact us

Email support@example.com using the email connected to your account. Include the newsroom name and connected Page name. We will verify the request and respond within 30 days.

Information removed

Deletion covers stored Meta identifiers, connected Page or Instagram profile data, access tokens, and associated social-publishing records, except information we must retain for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
