Arshad Khan, a tea vendor well-known as 'Arshad Chaiwala', has filed a request at the Islamabad High Court. He asked the court to renew his passport.
He first finished the required biometric verification before submitting a constitutional petition.
His lawyer, Umar Ijaz, confirmed that Khan’s CNIC had already been restored, yet the passport has not been processed, according to the lawyer.
