Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AviEcho handles information when you use AviEcho Studio and connect social publishing accounts.
Last updated: July 29, 2026
Information we collect
We collect account information you provide, including your name, email address, newsroom role, and application preferences. Contact-form submissions contain the name, email address, topic, and message you provide so we can review and respond to your enquiry. When you connect social services, we may receive account identifiers, display names, profile images, managed destinations, granted permissions, and access and refresh tokens required to publish content you expressly authorize. This includes connected Meta and TikTok accounts.
How we use information
- Authenticate users and protect the newsroom workspace.
- Display connected publishing destinations.
- Publish or schedule content only when an authorized newsroom user requests it.
- Maintain delivery history, diagnose failures, and protect the service.
Storage and sharing
Access tokens are stored server-side and are not displayed in the dashboard. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the application and with social platforms when you request publication. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain connected-account information while the integration remains active or as needed for security and legal obligations. You may disconnect an account in Social Media Accounts or request deletion through our User Data Deletion page.
Your choices
You can revoke the application in Facebook settings, disconnect individual Pages in the newsroom, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of applicable personal information.
