Former Pakistan cricketer Shahid Afridi shared an Instagram video in which he picks up discarded plastic and bottles from a mountainous area with lakes and waterfalls. He asked visitors to enjoy the scenery but to leave no litter behind. Afridi emphasized that keeping the environment clean is a shared duty. He also revealed that he is arranging four to five dustbins in the area to provide designated disposal spots for tourists. During the visit, locals, including children, approached Afridi with a request for a cricket pitch. Afridi said he will try to build the pitch before Pakistan’s Independence Day on August 14, expressing his commitment to community projects that benefit underserved areas.
